- to the Green It Panel on December 11, 2009 in Copenhagen during COP15

 

 

 What

The ever growing role of the IT industry makes the IT a pivotal partner for governments and other business in the common quest to reduce global carbon emissions. In Copenhagen seven of the largest players in the Industry will join forces to discuss how to battle climate change and to provide valuable input for the ongoing climate negotiations in Copenhagen.

 

The companies will present their own climate initiatives to lower emissions and just as importantly they will enter into discussion on how innovation within IT and smart technologies will be key in addressing the daunting energy and climate challenges faced by the world.
